Plain-English terms for Superleague Yeah
Superleague Yeah is a private social fantasy AFL competition app for invited coaches and read-only guests. By signing in, continuing as a guest, posting content, making picks, or using any league feature, you agree to use the app in good faith and follow the league rules set by the organisers.
Terms & Conditions
- Access is for approved Superleague Yeah coaches and permitted guests only.
- Keep your login details, reset links and PINs private. Tell the organiser if you think access has been shared or compromised.
- Use the app for the league only. Do not scrape it, probe it, overload it, bypass security, or interfere with another coach's account.
- The organiser may correct data, reverse obvious mistakes, lock features, remove access, or make final league decisions where needed to keep the competition fair.
Disclaimers
- Superleague Yeah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AFL, AFL clubs, AFL Fantasy, or any third-party stats provider.
- Scores, projections, fixtures, player data, injuries, rankings and smart-pick suggestions are for league entertainment only.
- Stats can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Official league decisions and organiser corrections take priority over what the app temporarily displays.
- The app does not provide betting, financial, legal, medical, coaching, selection or investment advice.
Privacy
- The app may store coach names, team details, email addresses, picks, trades, chat messages, reactions, payment status, device/session signals, and admin audit records.
- This information is used to run the league, secure accounts, show app features, resolve disputes, and keep an operational record.
- Do not post passwords, bank details, private contact details, sensitive personal information, or anything you would not want other league members or admins to see.
- Ask the organiser if you need your account details corrected, exported, restricted or removed where practical.
The Fund
- The Fund page tracks internal league contributions and expenses for the Superleague social pool.
- Money handling happens between coaches and the organiser outside the app. The app records status and notes only.
- Amounts, payment status, expenses, prizes, party spending and any refunds are managed under the agreed league rules.
- Raise payment or expense mistakes with the organiser as soon as possible so the record can be checked.
Content & Conduct
- Banter is welcome. Harassment, threats, impersonation, doxxing, illegal content, spam and targeted abuse are not.
- You are responsible for what you post, upload, submit or share through the app.
- The organiser may remove content or restrict chat access if it creates a safety, privacy, legal, security or league-integrity issue.
Availability & Liability
- The app is provided as-is for a private fantasy league. It may have outages, bugs, maintenance windows, provider issues or data delays.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, the organiser and app operators are not responsible for indirect loss, missed picks, incorrect display data, interrupted access, or reliance on app suggestions.
- Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
